“Who wants to be in Slytherin? I think I’d leave, wouldn’t you?” James asked the boy lounging on the seats opposite him, and with a jolt, Harry realized that it was Sirius. Sirius did not smile.
“My whole family have been in Slytherin,” he said.
“Blimey,” said James, “and I thought you seemed all right!”
Sirius grinned.
“Maybe I’ll break the tradition. Where are you heading, if you’ve got the choice?”
James lifted an invisible sword.
“‘Gryffindor, where dwell the brave at heart!’ Like my dad.”
Snape made a small, disparaging noise. James turned on him.
“Got a problem with that?”
“No,” said Snape, though his slight sneer said otherwise. “If you’d rather be brawny than brainy – ”
“Where’re you hoping to go, seeing as you’re neither?” interjected Sirius.
James roared with laughter. Lily sat up, rather flushed, and looked from James to Sirius in dislike.

You have to admit, Sirius invented a nice response.


Yeah, I know they don't look like 11-year-old kids... and Lily looks strange :/

Yeahhh, they look a bit older than eleven, they look about thirteen-ish/fourteen-ish~. But that's okay, it doesn't matter~!!! ^A^ Lily doesn't look that off either, she looks different from your other drawings, because she has shorter hair, but she doesn't look strange~.

I really like the sun and lighting, it looks really nice~! *O* I'm bad at photoshop and their effects~.

I really like this a lot~!! All of their expressions suit them perfectly~! XD Lily's assertive face, Sevy's flushed glare, Jame's goofy grin and Black's cocky look~!! XPPPP I love ittt~!! I think you portrayed the scene perfectly~!! >.<

I love how you drew this! Sirius and James look like their usual mischievious selves. (Did I ever tell you that I absolutely love the way you draw these two? Well, I do.)

I love the looks on all their faces, it just fits them so well. Great job on this, I love it!

XD I seriously loved that convo, it just was so hilarious! >> I'm not a huge fan of Snape, though, and not really a fan of Slytherin either, which is not known for brains; that's Ravenclaw. Slytherin is the mean house, stupid Snape... >> I love James and Sirius, though!
